Where is the studio?
Unit 18E High Street, Northwood, HA6 1BN, three stops from Chorleywood on the Metropolitan line. Every piercing happens in the Northwood studio.
Can my child get their ears pierced?
Yes. Lobes from age 5 with a parent or legal guardian present, pierced with a needle rather than a gun and fitted with implant-grade titanium. Book the 2-piercings appointment for a pair of lobes. Quiet weekday mornings are the calmest time for younger children.
Can my teenager come alone?
From 16, with photo ID. 14 and 15 year olds need a parent or legal guardian with them to consent.
What does the £10 include?
The piercing, a basic implant-grade titanium piece and aftercare advice from your piercer. Upgraded jewellery is optional and fitted on the day for the difference in price.
What happens at six weeks?
Most piercings need the post shortened once the swelling has gone. That's a 5-minute £5 downsize appointment, and a good moment to add a nicer top if you want one.
Which piercings don't you do?
Tongue, eyebrow, lip, nipple, industrial, dermal, surface and genital piercings. Everything else on the ear, plus nostrils and navels, is £10.
