Clickers FAQs
What is a clicker earring?
A clicker is a hoop with a hinged section that opens and closes. Open it, slide it through your piercing and press it shut until you hear the click. That click is how you know it's secure.
Which piercings suit clickers?
Lobes, helix and other cartilage piercings are all popular spots. The right size depends on where your piercing sits, so check the diameter on each product before you buy.
Can I wear a clicker in a new piercing?
Clickers are made for healed piercings. A hoop moves around more than a stud, which can irritate a piercing that's still healing. Check our piercing healing times guide and make the switch once yours has fully settled.
How do I open a clicker without damaging it?
Hold the hoop between your fingers and gently push the hinged section outwards. Never twist it sideways or force it past the point where it naturally stops, as that's how hinges get bent.
Can I add a charm to my clicker?
Yes. Open the clicker, slide on one of our Clicker Charms and click it closed again. It's the quickest way to change up your stack without changing your hoop.
