How do I join OSCO Jewellery Club?
Click Join the Club and enter your email address. Shopify will send you a code to verify your account. Once verified, you’ll join the Jewellery Club and get 500 welcome points.
How do I earn points?
Earn 5 points for every £1 spent on eligible OSCO products. You can also earn bonus points on your birthday, by following OSCO on Instagram and by referring friends.
Where can I see my points and rewards?
Visit My Rewards while signed in to view your live points balance, track your progress towards your next reward and access the OSCO rewards panel.
How do I redeem my points?
Sign in and visit My Rewards, then open the OSCO rewards panel. Choose an available reward, exchange your points and use the reward code you receive on an eligible order.
Can I use points on piercing appointments?
No. OSCO Jewellery Club rewards apply to eligible jewellery and retail products. Services including piercing appointments, downsize appointments and restyle sessions are excluded.
How does refer a friend work?
Share your personal referral link with a friend. They’ll receive £5 off their first jewellery order over £30, and you’ll earn 500 points once they place their first qualifying order.
Will joining the Jewellery Club subscribe me to marketing emails?
No. Jewellery Club membership and email marketing preferences are separate. You can join the club without subscribing to promotional emails, and you can manage your marketing preferences separately.
Can I use a reward with another discount code?
This depends on the reward and the promotion. Some rewards and discount codes may not be used together. Checkout will confirm whether your selected offers can be combined.
