How do I earn points?
You can earn points by creating an account, shopping eligible jewellery and retail products, celebrating your birthday, following OSCO on Instagram and referring friends.
How do I redeem points?
Log in to your OSCO account and open the Jewellery Club rewards panel to view your points balance and redeem available rewards.
Can I use points on piercing appointments?
No. OSCO Jewellery Club is focused on jewellery and eligible retail products. Services such as piercing appointments, downsize appointments and restyle sessions are excluded.
How do VIP tiers work?
VIP tiers are based on lifetime eligible spend on jewellery. Everyone starts as an Insider. Spend £150 on jewellery to unlock Stylist, and £350 to unlock Collector.
How does refer a friend work?
Your friend gets £5 off their first jewellery order over £30. You’ll earn 500 points once they place their first qualifying order.
Can I use points with other discount codes?
This may depend on the reward and current promotion. Some rewards may not be combinable with other discounts or offers.
