Gift Cards:
• Physical and online gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.

3. Pricing and Payments
• All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

4. Shipping
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
UK Shipping:
• Tracked 48 via Royal Mail: £3 flat rate. Free for orders over £75.
International Shipping:
• Europe & USA: £5 (International Tracked).
• Rest of World: £10 (International Tracked).
• Shipping rates are subject to change without notice. OSCO London is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or delays caused by customs.
5. Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible products:
• Jewellery: Must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging.
• Aftercare Products: Non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
• Gift Cards: Non-refundable.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the return.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
