Jewellery & Materials

1. What material are OSCO earrings made from?

All earrings are made from implant-grade titanium or titanium with a premium PVD gold coating. No nickel, no brass, no cheap base metals. Safe for sensitive skin and everyday wear.

2. Will my jewellery tarnish or turn my ears green?

No. Titanium doesn’t tarnish and PVD gold is far more durable than traditional plating. Your jewellery won’t fade or change colour, even with daily wear.

3. Are OSCO earrings waterproof?

Yes. You can shower, swim, and train in them. They’re designed for real life, not occasional wear.

4. What’s the difference between flat-backs and butterfly backs?

Flat-backs sit flush against the ear, don’t poke, don’t snag, and are far more comfortable long term. They’re also the professional standard for piercings.

Piercing & Fit

5. Can I get pierced and fitted in store?

Yes. You can visit OSCO for professional piercings, jewellery fitting, or sizing advice. We’ll make sure everything fits correctly and feels comfortable.

6. Do I need to bend OSCO earrings before wearing them?

Some designs need a small adjustment to the post so they sit perfectly. We include a simple bending guide with every order, or you can visit the studio and we’ll do it for you.

7. Can I change my jewellery if my piercing is still healing?

Changing jewellery too early can cause irritation. If you’re unsure, pop into OSCO and we’ll check your piercing and advise on the right timing.

Shipping

8. How long does shipping take?

Orders ship within 1–2 working days. Standard UK delivery usually arrives within 2 working days. Tracking is sent once your order is dispatched.

9. Do you ship internationally?

Yes. International delivery typically takes 5–10 working days depending on location. Any customs or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Warranty

10. What is your return policy?

For hygiene reasons, earrings can’t be returned once opened or worn. If your item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us and we’ll sort it.

11. Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. All OSCO jewellery comes with a lifetime guarantee on materials and manufacturing.

12. What should I do if there’s an issue with my order?

Get in touch with our team and we’ll take care of it. If there’s a fault, we’ll replace the piece under our guarantee.
