We aim to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible. Below, you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping, returns, and refund policies.
Jewellery
We accept returns for jewellery within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:
• Unworn, unused, and unopened.
• In its original packaging and in a resalable condition.
To initiate a return:
• Contact us at support@oscolondon.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for returning the item.
Refunds for eligible jewellery returns will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the item.
Piercing and Tattoo Aftercare
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for piercing and tattoo aftercare products unless they are faulty.
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@oscolondon.com within 7 days of delivery with details and photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Gift Cards
• Both physical and online gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.
Conditions for Returns
• Items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
• We recommend using a tracked service for returns, as OSCO London cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
