APPLYING TO OSCO CREATORS

Anyone can apply to OSCO Creators. Applying does not guarantee a place in the programme.

Our first intake is limited to 10 Creators. We review applications based on things such as content style, quality, audience fit and whether we think the Creator is a good match for OSCO.

If we like your application but the current intake is full, we may keep you in mind for a future Creator intake rather than offering you a place straight away.

YOUR CREATOR APPOINTMENT

If your application is accepted, you will receive access to our private Creator booking page.

You can book a 30-minute Creator appointment and choose the number of piercings available through the Creator booking page.

One Creator booking is for one person only.

Normal OSCO piercing requirements still apply. This includes age, identification, anatomy and safety requirements. Our piercers may refuse or recommend changing a piercing if they believe it is not suitable or safe.

YOUR JEWELLERY

During your Creator appointment, you may choose up to 3 pieces of OSCO jewellery.

The jewellery must be chosen and purchased during your Creator visit so that it can be linked to your appointment and refund.

You pay for the jewellery as normal on the day. It is not free at the point of purchase.

WHAT YOU NEED TO CREATE

Unless we agree something different with you before your visit, your first Creator collaboration includes:

• One approximately 60–90 second video.
• Content showing your genuine OSCO piercing experience.
• Posting the video to the social account agreed with OSCO.
• Posting within 7 days of your appointment.
• Tagging @osco.london.
• Clearly identifying the content as advertising.
• Sending OSCO the live post link through our Creator submission form.

We want the content to feel natural and genuine. You do not have to pretend to like something or give an opinion you do not genuinely hold.

CONTENT APPROVAL

Your Creator refund is unlocked once OSCO has reviewed and approved the agreed content.

We are mainly checking that the agreed brief has been completed, the content is live, OSCO has been tagged, the post is clearly disclosed as advertising, and the content is suitable for the programme.

If something important from the agreed brief is missing, we may ask you to make a reasonable change before approving the content.

Simply posting content does not automatically qualify it for a refund if the agreed Creator brief has not been completed.

HOW OSCO CAN USE YOUR CONTENT

You keep ownership of the content you create.

By taking part in the Creator programme and submitting your agreed content, you give OSCO permission to repost and use that content across OSCO marketing channels, including:

• OSCO social media
• OSCO websites
• Email marketing
• Organic social content
• Paid advertising

This permission is non-exclusive, so you are still free to use your own content.

Unless we agree something different with you, this permission lasts for 12 months from the date your content is submitted.

OSCO may make reasonable formatting edits such as cropping, resizing or adding captions, but we will not intentionally edit your content in a way that changes the meaning of what you said.

ADVERTISING DISCLOSURE

Because you receive a financial or product benefit through the Creator programme, your post must be clearly identifiable as advertising.

Please use a clear disclosure such as “Ad” and use any relevant platform advertising or paid-partnership tools where appropriate.

Simply tagging OSCO or writing words such as “collab” or “gifted” may not make the commercial relationship clear enough.

CANCELLATIONS + CHANGES

Creator appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the appointment using the booking management link provided with your booking.

Changes or cancellations may not be available within 24 hours of the appointment.

If you miss your appointment or do not complete the agreed Creator collaboration, OSCO is not required to provide the Creator refund.

FUTURE CREATOR OPPORTUNITIES

Completing your first Creator collaboration does not guarantee a place in future OSCO Creator campaigns.

Creators we enjoy working with may be invited to future collaborations, jewellery drops, commission opportunities, paid campaigns or longer-term partnerships.

Any future collaboration will have its own offer and terms.

PROGRAMME CONDUCT

We want the Creator programme to be a positive experience for Creators, customers and the OSCO team.

OSCO may remove someone from the programme where there is fraud, abuse, harassment, misleading content, repeated failure to follow the agreed brief, or behaviour that could reasonably harm OSCO, our staff or our community.

We may also refuse or cancel participation where we reasonably believe the programme is being misused.

TAX + CREATOR STATUS

Taking part in OSCO Creators does not make you an employee, worker or agent of OSCO.

You are responsible for checking whether any reward, refund, payment or future Creator income creates tax or reporting obligations for you.

PRIVACY

We use the information you provide to review your application, manage your Creator collaboration, contact you about the programme and process your rewards.

CHANGES TO THE PROGRAMME

OSCO may update, pause or end the Creator programme in the future.

If we change something that affects a Creator collaboration you have already accepted, we will not retrospectively remove a reward you have already earned under the agreed terms.

Future Creator intakes, rewards and benefits may be different from the first intake.
